1. Who we are

Market GHS ("we", "us", "our") operates the website marketghs.com as an editorial affiliate storefront. We curate health, wellness and personalized print-on-demand products from third-party retailers and earn commissions from qualifying purchases.

2. Data we collect

• Browsing data: pages visited, language and currency preference, device type, approximate location (country) inferred from IP address.
• Click events: when you click an affiliate link we log the product, timestamp, country, referrer and browser user-agent (used to filter out bots). We do not store your IP address with this event.
• Search terms: the words typed in our search box are logged anonymously (no account, IP or session) and deleted after 30 days.
• Newsletter / lead forms: if you voluntarily submit your email, we store it with the page and interest you selected, only to send you the updates you asked for.
• Reviews: if you post a product review, we store the text, rating and the account that posted it. Your account identifier is never shown publicly.
• Account data (admins only): email and display name for site administrators, stored securely on our backend provider.

2a. We do not sell or share your data

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We currently do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or any other third-party advertising or tracking script. If this ever changes, we will update this policy before activating it and it will only run after your consent in the cookie banner. The only third parties that receive data are the infrastructure providers that host the site and the retailers you choose to visit through an affiliate link.

2b. Marketing emails

• We only email people who opted in themselves.
• Every marketing email has an honest subject line, identifies Market GHS as the sender, includes our postal address and a clear one-click unsubscribe link.
• Unsubscribe requests are honored within 10 business days (CAN-SPAM, LGPD, GDPR). You can also email privacy@globalshoppinghub.org to be removed.

3. How we use your data

• To operate, secure and improve the site.
• To remember your language, currency and consent preferences.
• To produce aggregated, non-identifying statistics about which products are popular.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Affiliate links and third parties

When you click a product link you leave our site and are redirected to a third-party retailer (e.g. Amazon, ClickBank, Redbubble, ShareASale). Those retailers operate under their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies. We are not responsible for their data practices.

5. Legal basis (GDPR / UK GDPR)

• Legitimate interest: running and securing the website, basic non-identifying analytics.
• Consent: optional analytics cookies (you control these via the cookie banner).
• Contract: for admin accounts, providing access to the management area.

6. Your rights

7. Data retention

Click event logs are kept for up to 24 months for trend analysis, then deleted or fully anonymized. Admin account data is kept while the account is active.

8. Children

Our site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. International transfers

Our backend infrastructure may store and process data in the United States and the European Union. We rely on standard contractual clauses where required.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version.
