1. Acceptance

By accessing marketghs.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Editorial & affiliate role

Market GHS is an editorial curator. We do not sell, ship, manufacture, fulfill or warranty any product. All purchases happen on third-party retailer sites. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate and member of other affiliate programs we earn from qualifying purchases.

4. Pricing & availability

Prices, availability and product descriptions are provided by third-party retailers and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee correctness at the time of purchase.

5. Intellectual property

The site design, layout, written content and brand are owned by Market GHS. Product images, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for editorial reference under fair use.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, copy, mirror, attack, reverse-engineer or otherwise abuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6a. User content (reviews, comments, uploads)

You keep ownership of content you submit (reviews, ratings, images used for visual search), but you grant Market GHS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it on the site. You confirm you have the right to post it and that it does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or any law. Images sent to visual search are processed only to find similar products and are not published.

We may remove any content, without notice, that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, hateful, spam or unrelated to the product.

6b. Copyright & takedown requests

If you believe content on the site infringes your rights (DMCA, Marco Civil da Internet art. 19/21, EU DSA), email legal@globalshoppinghub.org with: your contact details, the work being infringed, the exact URL of the content, a statement of good-faith belief and a statement that the information is accurate. We review valid notices promptly and remove or disable infringing material. The uploader may send a counter-notice. Repeat infringers will have their access removed.

6c. No purchases or subscriptions on this site

Market GHS does not charge you, sell subscriptions or process payments. All prices, checkout, cancellations, refunds and consumer rights (including the 7-day right of withdrawal under the Brazilian Consumer Code, art. 49) are handled by the retailer where you complete the purchase. If we ever offer a paid plan, the price, billing period and renewal terms will be shown clearly before checkout, and cancellation will be available online in as few steps as it took to subscribe.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
